The holiest geek store on the internet has to be ThinkGeek.com. They have more geek clothing and geeky gadgets in one place than I have found anywhere else! Consider, they have a full range of Mens, Womens, and BABY geek clothing! Nothing is cuter than a baby Tux 3-6 mos shirt on a future keyboard cowboy. ThinkGeek also carries hoodies, baseball caps, and beanies.
However, we also recommend you check out SysWear. SysWear definitely has some unique content and is better for one-off gift giving to your favorite techy. They only have t-shirts at the moment, but their wit is varied it's and quality stuff.

Again, if your looking for cool schwag Think Geek has it. But when it comes to gamer clothing, their selection is small. We'd recommend checking out SplitReason first. Original designs for Computer Geeks, MMORPG, RPG, and FPS Gaming Freaks, and Fantasy Lovers as well as a nice sample of things that anyone will like. Not just t-shirts either.

For the truly creative, you can make your own t-shirt (that 0wnz) over at SpreadShirt Designs. Although this might seem strangely intimidating, their amazing interface makes it really easy. SpreadShirt offers a variety of fonts to add your own text, and 400 pre-done graphics to choose from. You also have the ability to upload a suitably large image (instructions on the site are very specific and easy) as long as you have a good graphics program. Apparel includes Hanes shirts (short sleeeve, long sleeve), hoodies, and jackets in both mens and womens. Items you can customize include: mugs, hats, and mousepads. Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
Then we have T-Shirt Hell.
